INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to any transaction between SuitYourself Pte. Ltd. (“SuitYourself”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and its customers (“customer”, “you” or “your”), whether made online (“www.suityourselfsg.com”) or at SuitYourself store (“Showroom”).

We strive to give you a satisfying experience every time you visit our Showroom. Please note that by placing an order and/or making a purchase with us, you agree to the Terms set forth below:


ORDERS

SuitYourself reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time after receiving your order, to accept, refuse, place on hold or cancel any order you submit to us, including: 1. if your measurements fall outside the range of our available pattern; and 2. the right to limit quantities purchased. Once we receive your order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify SuitYourself’s acceptance of your order or a confirmation of our offer to sell; but simply an acknowledgement that we received your order.

After receiving your order, SuitYourself may contact you to request clarification, additional or missing information regarding your order or your account including measurements - even pictures - or customisations. It is your sole responsibility to deliver the additional information to SuitYourself in a timely and opportune manner. SuitYourself reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to place your order on-hold or even cancel it if the requested information is not received in time or is incomplete. Orders on-hold will be automatically cancelled 15 days after being submitted if there's missing information.

In the event SuitYourself makes a change to or cancels an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or contact number provided at the time the order was submitted. If your order is cancelled, SuitYourself will issue a refund or credit for future use equal to the billed amount, per these Terms.

Once payment is made, we cannot guarantee any order changes or cancellations requested via email or any other communication modes, at any time, even during this time frame. Please ensure to double check your fabric selection, measurements and customisations before submitting. Your order will be confirmed after payment is done, and we cannot guarantee changes after this.


PRICING, PROMOTION & CANCELLATIONS

Prices at SuitYourself and at any related web links (such as Facebook and Instagram) in Singapore are displayed in Singapore Dollars.

SuitYourself reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the SuitYourself website at any time, and to correct errors that may inadvertently occur, including pricing and promotions, even after you have placed your order.

If you want to cancel or modify an order, please do so before payment. You won’t be able to make any changes, modify or cancel an order after payment is done. There shall be strictly no refunds of payments.

Promotional codes or coupons may not be combined, unless expressly stated by SuitYourself. In case more than one promotional code or coupon has been used by a customer when placing an order, whether intentionally or not, SuitYourself, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to: i) limit the number of the promotional codes or coupons applied to the order; or ii) cancel or modify the order.  All promotions and discounts at SuitYourself showroom or in-house/office visits shall be subject to these Terms as well as the promotion’s own terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and the promotion’s own terms and conditions, the latter shall apply.


PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

There may be information at our SuitYourself Showroom or online channels that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, price, offers, and availability. SuitYourself reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the our site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, even after you have submitted your order.

SuitYourself has made and will continue to make every effort to display as accurately as possible the information and colors of our products and fabrics available at the SuitYourself Showroom and online channels. SuitYourself does not guarantee that the correct product colour or texture will be accurately displayed at your device screen.

Given supply and/or fabrication constraints, some of our products may have limited availability for purchase. SuitYourself cannot guarantee availability of a specific product and reserves the right to remove any product from the SuitYourself Showroom or online channels or change its availability for purchase at any time, including after you submit an order. In the event SuitYourself cannot supply a product or a specific fabric you ordered, at its sole discretion, SuitYourself will: i) contact you to select a different fabric for your garments; or ii) cancel the order and issue a refund or credit for future use equal to your purchase price in full. If the new fabric selected has a different price than the fabric originally selected, SuitYourself will issue a credit or charge you the difference accordingly.

SuitYourself reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what products will be available at the SuitYourself Showroom and online channels.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SuitYourself may offer shipping on orders if Customer is overseas and unable to swing by our Showroom for the fitting session and the rates will depend on the destination. Kindly provide us your full name, contact number, and address via email at hello@suityourselfsg.com and we will be able to quote you on the shipping charges.

SuitYourself will ship your order via a recognized carrier (DHL or FedEx) and will notify you once your order has shipped. Delivery requires a signature and Customers shall be responsible of coordinating and accepting delivery from the carrier.

Additional shipping charges and duty/customs may apply for addresses outside of Singapore; which shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, as the importer of record.

Our 8 - 10 weeks delivery promise covers the time we receive your order to when we dispatch it. It applies to customers with completed measurement profiles with SuitYourself and excludes shipping times. Our delivery promise applies to orders that do not have the following holds which may delay production: incomplete measurements, measurement discrepancies, payment issues, groups, out of stock fabrics, customization errors and/or holds as requested by the customer. SuitYourself orders placed on hold as determined by SuitYourself do not qualify for the 8 - 10 weeks promise.

All estimated shipping dates regarding your order provided by SuitYourself to you, shall be for reference only and may not be considered a guarantee, compromise or commitment from SuitYourself to deliver your order to you on such date.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond SuitYourself's control once it has been shipped, SuitYourself cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

If you need your garments for a special event or specific date, we encourage you to submit your order with at least 90 days in advance of your event or date.


ALTERATIONS

SuitYourself believes that fit is the most important part of a good suit and we endeavor to produce suits of reasonable fit and merchantability. Should the suit or any other garment you ordered need alterations, please see your options below.

On the off chance that suits are unreasonably ill-fitting and require major adjustments, we may initiate complimentary alterations within 7 days of the first fitting session. These may include when suits produced severely lacked fabric in some areas such that wearing the suit is a challenge or when there is a gross amount of loose and unintended fabric. Make sure to notify us within 7 days from the date of first fitting session by contacting your Style Guide or booking an appointment via email at hello@suityourselfsg.com to re-assess the fit at our Showroom. You will not be able to enjoy any complimentary alterations once the applicable period has expired.

All SuitYourself made to measure garments are made to your unique measurements and customisations so they may require adjustments that can be handled by completing alterations.

Our Showroom style guides will guide you through the process and will take care of any alterations that are required in your order and update your measurement profile once the alterations have been completed.

However, if the suit is of reasonable fit (deviation of +/- 3 cm) and you want minor alterations to be made, you can choose to either:

  1. Have them altered by us (subject to applicable charges) and we will put it through local alteration or

  2. Go to your favourite spot to get your suit altered on your own (cost borne by yourself).

Definitions:

  • "Reasonable Fit": You will be able to fit into this set of suit and have some degree of mobility. To ensure you look sharp however, we have instructed our manufacturer to build a set of suit that is slim cut and you can therefore expect the suit to be slightly tight at some areas. Do let our Style Guide know during the measurement session if you would prefer a Standard or Looser fit instead.

  • "Merchantability" - Suits will be wearable and of good enough quality for it to be sold.

In the event your local tailor is not able to help you with alterations, please contact our team via email at hello@suityourselfsg.com, noting the adjustments needed and pictures of yourself wearing the garments. Our team will make an expert assessment and provide a recommendation on next steps, which may include work completed by our tailors or a remake, among others.


REMAKES

As part of our Fit Promise, if your garments are unalterable and/or made with the incorrect customisations/fabric, SuitYourself will remake the garments complimentary. For a remake to be approved, you must notify us within 7 days of first fitting or by booking an appointment via email at hello@suityourselfsg.com for re-assessment at our Showroom.

If our tailor deems the order unalterable, we will make you a new suit from scratch. This will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for your new suit to be ready.

SuitYourself will not remake an item in the following circumstances:

  1. When alterations can be completed locally

  2. When a local tailor has already altered the garment

  3. When the remake request is not related to any fit issues with the garment, other than quality or manufacturing issues

  4. When the remake request is based on customization changes or errors/mistakes at the time of placing your order, other than mistakes or errors made by SuitYourself at the time of producing your garments

  5. When garments have been damaged by improper care, misuse and/or abuse

  6. Any other circumstance, which SuitYourself in its sole discretion may deem that a remake is not warranted.

SuitYourself will only remake the non-fitting or damaged item from an order, for example: If you order a suit and the jacket needs to be remade, but the pants fit perfectly or need minor alterations, SuitYourself will only remake the jacket and you can keep the original pants from your order. SuitYourself will remake any items using the same fabric as your original order. Please note that if a farbic runs out of stock when a remake is required, SuitYourself will ask you to select a different fabric and will not remake the rest of the orders.


RETURNS

Please note that we do not offer refunds, as fabric for each of your made to measure garments is cut based on your measurements and customisations.

If there's any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact your Style Guide within 7 days after receiving your order or bring the garment to our Showroom for assistance.

SuitYourself reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny any alterations, remake or return for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged. Garments that have already been altered or adjusted in any way, do not qualify to be returned. Any items returned to SuitYourself that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without processing and without any further obligation from SuitYourself.


ABANDONED GARMENTS AT SHOWROOM

In the event that garments and/or orders are not collected from our Showroom within 90 days after you're initially notified via email or phone, SuitYourself Singapore reserves the right to dispose of it/them in its sole discretion and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer in such an event. It is the customers’ responsibility to book the appointment promptly after we have informed you that the garments are ready for try-out. Kindly inform us if you are overseas or require more time to schedule your fitting session. Our alteration policy only covers 90 days after we have informed you about your try-out, the cost of any size changes after this period will borne by the customer. Our Style Guide will attempt to contact you during such 90-day timeframe to avoid such scenario.


FINAL PROVISIONS

The present Terms and Conditions may be modified, amended and/or substituted anytime by SuitYourself at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms whenever you visit our Showroom. Your use of suityourselfsg.com, as well as any transaction made with any of our Style Guides, will signify your agreement to these Terms. The most recent Terms posted on suityourselfsg.com or available at any of our related websites will be binding on you and SuitYourself.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SuitYourself and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of either: (i) your transactions with SuitYourself; (iii) your use of any SuitYourself service(s) or product(s); (iii) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall SuitYourself, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You hereby release, waive and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action which you or any of your representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees may have or which may hereinafter accrue to such persons against SuitYourself, its agents and representatives as a result of your transactions with SuitYourself.
